The hotel had a nice view of the city and the staff was friendly and accommodating. I appreciated the provided toiletries and the heated mirror in the bathroom, which kept it from fogging up. The location was also great, as it was right near the train and bus stations. Shopping and restaurants were easily accessible, making it a convenient spot to spend my xmas. the hotel's automatic service made things very simple.
The hotel didn't have any xmas decorations up. There was also no special menu or events to celebrate the holiday, which made my stay feel less festive and exciting.

Great location next to the bus and train stations, which made commuting really easy. they provided a free internet connection with high data rates. The shopping mall just next to the hotel was really convenient given that we had a range of supermarkets, department stores, and a Starbucks to choose from.
It would be much better to go next door to the shopping mall for a better range of cuisines and price levels. the room didn't have a gym or a fitness center, which would really help in keeping fit after gorging on all the delicious food in the city.
